Some New plants

I managed to take some photos of the new plants that I got from Germany, will take better photos when they are settled in the tanks.

They call it " New Moss Barbula Sp."

This is " Riccardia Graeffer"

And this is " Riccia Dwarf"

I will try and post more photos as I go along, some of the new plants are in the farm now and I will post them as i go down the list.

Najas Sp Roraima

I am back form Germany and I managed to locate a few new plants and many thanks to my friends in Germany. I am showing this plant as I believed that it is quite easy to grow and I hope that I am right and also for the fact that it is looking fine after the travel and looks more presentable.

Trip to Germany

Will be making a trip to Germany to see some customers, hope to see and buy some new plants. Any recommendation for places to go or shops that I can not miss? Thanks.

A visit to a Cabomba Farm

A chance visit to a Cabomba farm in Kota Tinggi, many thanks to Ah Xiang.

I think the pond is about 100m in length, collecting is done by the workers on rubber floats.

Echinodorus "SATAN"

A plant that I first across a couple of years ago but had a hard time sourcing for it. Finally got it a few months back and it is now growing on the farm. I have to say that the unique thing about this plant is that the leaves are very hard and rigid, I would say that it has the stiffest leaves among all the aquatic plants that I have ever cultivated.

Nymphoides Aquatica

Also known as Banana Plant, hope that they will do well in my farm.

New leaves sprouting now, hope that they grow well.

Mayaca Fluviatilis Collection

A collecting trip for mayaca fluviatilis in Johor, found this patch in a rubber plantation. It was sprayed with weed killers the last time I visited and was not sure that we will find any plants growing but when we reach the area, we were surprised that they were growing very well and looks like they have recovered and we can revisit the area to collect again.
