Trip to T/C lab

Visited a couple of Lab in Dalat and had a great time, will try and make a trip back soon.

The 1st lab employs close to 130 people in the lab, they do about 300 different types of plants.

The 2nd lab is family run and they do a smaller range of plants.

Farm visit in Vietnam

Made a trip to Vietnam and visited Dung's farm.

Pogostemon Deccanensis

Another plant that I got from Rajesh, interesting and only just being submersed. Will try and post better photos as it goes along.

The future for aquatic plants? They have been around for quite some time and have never really taken off, I am not too sure about the market demand but hope that it can make an impact on the trade.

New Logo

Had always planned to have a logo for this blog and finally had one done by Aydan, many thanks.

Penang Trip

Made a trip to Penang to visit Andrew and Mr Chuah of WAE , had a wonderful time due to the warm hospitality shown by the both of them, thanks Mr Chuah and Andrew.

Mini Bolbitis

Received this plant about 2-3 years ago from Africa, managed to cultivate this amount, a slow grower.

Eriocaulon Sp( Octopus)

I got this plant from China and the direct translation from Chinese is Octopus as it floats in the tank with the leaves looking like the arms.
